Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns

Simnanifashion.in exclusively offers a 7-day window for product returns.
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Key Points:

• We do not process payment reimbursements.
• The item must be unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging.
• Once a return is processed, no further returns will be accepted for the same order.
• Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area PIN code.
• If your PIN code is outside the service area, or if you are unable to hand over the shipment, you must ship the parcel to our warehouse location.
• Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Go to My Account and click Orders.
2. Choose the products you wish to return.
3. Click on the Return button and fill out the Return Form, including images. The item must be unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging.
4. If you do not see an eligible product, your order does not qualify under our return policy.
5. Our team will review your return request within 24-48 hours.
6. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at your shipping address.
7. Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent.
8. Once we receive your returned shipment, the refund process will begin.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Refund issuance time: Up to 7 days after the product is picked up from your location.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
